Since my introduction to the musical " The Student Prince" as a young boy, I always had a facination for Heidelberg. As Mario Lanza croons his way through "Golden Days" my mind would wander off fantisizing what it would be like walking in the shoes of the young prince and wondering what life was like back then. This experience and an ongoing passion for castles led me to Heidelberg in 1988 where I was able to capture a few hours on video tape for a possible future documentary. My quest proceeds today as I attempt to aquire documentation, vintage photos, and artwork pertaining to the Heidelberg Castle as well as many of the other castle of Europe.
